His past journey (profession) as a Culinarian has many parallels to the Massage Therapy world. Both "arts" require creativity and the ability to work with the hands. Dining clients have relied on Roger to create a tantalizing "feel" experience, while at the same time providing nourishment to the body.

"A Word from Roger"     "My technique is an integration of many modalities.  The base of a typical massage is Swedish.  I do not follow the same sequence for each massage. No two massages that I do are the same because no two people are the same.  I work in accordance to YOU and to what your body tells me it needs.  I incorporate everything I have learned into every massage. The majority of each massage is a Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic touch session but at some point along the way I will use neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, assisted isolated stretching, foot and hand reflexology, polarity, reiki and aromatherapy.  Currently I do not charge for aromatherapy and include the use of essential oils and lotions in all my sessions."

rogerMassage Therapy uses Roger's gift of touch to create a relaxing "feel" that can nourish the body and soul.

Roger's Mission Statement
"I am a facilitator that encourages harmony and healing within the body by imparting loving energy and touch therapies in a nurturing environment through a youthful spirit."

Remember:
Massage is for all walks of life, gender and age. Massage brightens mood, enhances flexibility, reduces stress provides for better circulation and is good for promoting deeper and better quality sleep.
